ACF Software – Seller / Reseller Commission Policy
1. Overview
ACF Software allows approved sellers and resellers to earn commission for referring new paying clients to TouchTill and related products. This policy explains how commission is calculated, when it is paid, and the rules that protect both parties.
2. Commission Structure
- Standard commission: 10% of the client’s first payment.
- Recurring commission: 5% of every monthly subscription payment for as long as the client remains active.
- High‑performing sellers (5+ successful referrals): 15% on the first payment + 7% recurring.
- All commissions are calculated on the VAT‑inclusive subscription price.
Example (Price: R699):
First payment commission (10%) = R69.90
Monthly recurring commission (5%) = R34.95 per month
High‑performer example:
First payment commission (15%) = R104.85
Monthly recurring commission (7%) = R48.93 per month
3. When Commission Is Earned
A commission is earned only when:
- The referred client successfully completes payment, and
- The payment reflects in ACF Software’s account.
No commission is paid on failed payments, cancelled orders, fraudulent transactions, or refunds.
4. Payment Schedule
- Commission is paid once per referral, within 7 days after the client’s payment clears.
- Payments are made via EFT to the seller’s bank account.
- Minimum payout amount: R50 (to avoid micro‑transactions).
5. Fees
ACF Software charges a monthly subscription for access to TouchTill and related services.
We do not charge sellers additional registration fees, withdrawal fees, or hidden deductions.
Approved sellers and resellers earn commission on successful referrals, and ACF Software pays out that commission in full, separate from subscription costs.
6. Seller Responsibilities
- Provide accurate client information.
- Not misrepresent ACF Software or TouchTill.
- Not promise features or pricing that do not exist.
- Not use spam or misleading advertising.
7. ACF Software Rights
- Decline a seller application.
- Remove a seller for dishonest behaviour.
- Adjust commission rates with 30 days’ notice.
- Reject referrals that violate this policy.
8. Tax Responsibility
Sellers are responsible for declaring their commission income to SARS. ACF Software does not deduct PAYE or VAT from commission payouts.
9. Acceptance
By referring clients to ACF Software, the seller automatically agrees to this policy.
